Ufo's & WIP's

I had a few days free from work. So I wanted to work on my UFO's and WIP's.
I have a few projects that are more or less in progres..
It makes me restless if there are to many lose ends, so below are the projects who I have to finish this year.

And there are some projects where i don't have a photo of.
A block swap of 24 blocks
the centennial sampler wich I hear calling my name from my stash cupboard.
And the christmas evening with my quiltgroup with the theme "winter" Of course I want to make something for that evening too.
My to do list is full.. So sew, sew, sew!

  1. Your work is all so pretty. I think every person who likes crafts must have many on hold to finish. I can't believe the Christmas Quilt night is not far off. Wish I could be there with you all.

  3. Hoi Saskia

Groetjes, Elly

  4. Saskia,
I started quilting 3 years ago. That means when I am doing my favorite thing, I am sitting. ALL DAY LONG. And at work I am in an office, so I sit more. I am 58 so I was worried that I wasn't getting any exercise. So I joined "Curves" (no, this is not an advertisement!) If there is a "Curves" near you, go see what it's all about. I do the workout (takes about 40 minutes) at least 3 times a week, many weeks I go 5 or 6 times. I have been doing this since Jan. 2007 and have lost 21 pounds, 31 inches and I have lowered my cholesterol enough to stop taking the meds.
By the way, I really like your work! I have tagged your blog with my favorites. Good luck!

  6. Hallo Saskia!

    Hugs ~
